Moroccan Salad

Recipe in Arabic: سلطة

This Moroccan salad is simple but very healthy and delicious. If you want the other kind of salad, please check Chlada. This recipe is also called: slada, or salata. The recipe is very easy to make and should not take a long time to prepare. Simply follow these steps:


  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ bouquet of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper


  1. Cut cucumber, tomatoes, onions into small pieces then add parsley, salt, black pepper, vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice
  2. Mix everything in a big bowl and serve

You can slightly change the above ingredients and preparation for Moroccan Salad to match your needs and taste.
