Chorba or (Shorba) is a healthy and delicious Moroccan dish. Shorba is different than Harira because it contains more vegetables. This recipe is also called: Soba, or Shourba. The recipe is very easy to make and should not take a long time to prepare. Simply follow these steps:
Note: If you prefer a pureed shorba, then instead of leaving the pot to cook for 50 minutes, leave it to cook for only 30 minutes, then puree everything in a blender then put back to cook for 10 minutes before adding the vermicelli)
